Handmade with care by
Oliver
An all-natural tomato marinara, simmered from my great-grandmother's recipe in our kitchen in Miami.
No shortcuts, no strange ingredients. Just tomatoes, herbs, olive oil, and an eleven-year-old cook who takes it seriously.

The Sauce
Tomato Marinara
$11.99 a pint
The sauce I grew up eating. My great-grandmother's marinara, made the same slow way she made it — tomatoes cooked down until they're sweet on their own, finished with basil torn by hand.
- Vine-ripe tomatoes, slow simmered
- Fresh basil, garlic, olive oil
- No preservatives, no added sugar
- Sold by the pint, jarred by hand
Oliver's own commercial for the sauce.

Meet Oliver
I'm eleven, and I love to cook.
I live in Miami, Florida. I really like tomato sauce — especially my great-grandmother's sauce, which is the recipe I use.
I'm making and selling it because I'm saving up for a 3D printer. That's my dream: to sell enough sauce to buy one so I can print Storm Chasers cars and see how they turn out.
Every jar gets me a little closer.
How It's Made
Three steps, no shortcuts
One
Real ingredients
Tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, a little salt. Nothing you can't pronounce.
Two
Slow simmered
Hours on low heat on our stove, stirred often, until it thickens and turns sweet.
Three
Jarred by hand
Ladled into pint jars while it's hot, sealed, labeled, and handed over fresh.
